램지 헌트 증후군과 유방암 병력이 있는 환자의 초기 증상으로서의 양측 전정 기능 장애 사례 보고

Case Report: Ramsay Hunt syndrome with simultaneous bilateral vestibular dysfunction as the initial manifestation in a patient with a history of breast cancer.

60세 여성 환자가 1주일간의 어지럼증과 2일간의 오른쪽 얼굴 비대칭 및 귀 통증으로 내원하였다. 진단 결과 양측 전정 기능 저하가 확인되었고, 치료에는 항바이러스제, 경구 스테로이드, 진통제, 전침 및 전정 재활이 포함되었다. 증상은 치료 후 약간 개선되었으나, 3개월 후에도 잔여 어지럼증과 얼굴 약화가 지속되었다.
