[Autonomic dysfunction in multiple system atrophy treated with Sun's scalp acupuncture combined with yinyang needling therapy: a case report].

다계통 위축증으로 자율신경 기능장애가 생긴 환자를 신허수쇠(腎虛髓衰)로 보고 손씨 두침과 음양 침법으로 4주간 치료했다. 백회(GV20), 중극(CV3), 관원(CV4), 명문(GV4), 두침 자극구와 천추(ST25), 조해(KI6), 신수(BL23), 차료(BL32) 등을 썼으며, 치료 후 증상이 완화되었고 4주 추적 동안 악화 없이 안정적이었다.
