Efficacy and safety of acupuncture or moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

3730명의 참가자를 포함한 46편의 연구가 포함되었다. 재활 치료 단독에 비해 침 치료 또는 뜸과 재활 치료의 병합이 유의하게 효과를 개선하였고, 통증 감소 및 기능 향상에 기여하였다. 그러나 대부분의 결과에 대한 GRADE 평가에서 낮거나 매우 낮은 확실성이 나타났다.
