Effects of Manual Therapy on Patients with Functional Constipation: Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Randomized Clinical Trials.

이 연구는 성인 기능성 변비 환자에서 수기 치료의 효과를 분석했다. 859명의 환자가 포함된 15편의 연구를 분석한 결과, 수기 치료가 변비의 심각도, 상태, 삶의 질, 배변 빈도 및 배변 시간을 유의미하게 개선했다. 그러나 연구 간의 높은 이질성이 결과의 일관성에 영향을 미쳤으므로 주의가 필요하다.
