STRAIN in vertebral artery during passive cervical range of motion and spinal manipulation therapy: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

경추 조작 치료(cSMT) 중 척추 동맥(VA)의 스트레인을 조사한 6편의 연구를 포함하였다. 메타 분석 결과, cSMT는 수동 운동 범위에 비해 VA 스트레인을 유의하게 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 연구는 주로 인체 시체를 대상으로 하여 결과의 일반화에 한계가 있다.
