만성 비특이적 경부 통증 환자에서 건식 침 치료의 기능 개선 및 통증 완화 효과: 무작위 대조군 시험의 체계적 검토 및 메타 분석

Effects of dry needling on functioning and pain relief in patients with chronic nonspecific neck pain: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

본 연구는 만성 비특이적 경부 통증(CNSNP) 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 건식 침 치료(DN)는 대조군에 비해 기능 개선에서는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 통증 완화에서는 유의미한 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서 DN은 통증 완화에 효과적인 재활 치료법이지만, 기능 개선에서는 물리치료나 수동 치료에 비해 우수하지 않았다.
