침 치료 후 발생한 감염성 화농성 천장관절염: 3례와 문헌고찰
Infectious pyogenic sacroiliitis following acupuncture: a series of three cases and review of the literature.
침 치료를 받은 45~72세 환자 3명이 5~11일 후 황색포도알균 등에 의한 화농성 천장관절염으로 진단되었다. 한 명은 척추원판염과 농양이 동반되었고 항생제 치료 중 폐색전증으로 사망했다.
