무릎 골관절염에 대한 고강도 전침의 효과: 무작위 대조군 시험의 메타 분석

High-intensity electroacupuncture is superior to low-intensity electroacupuncture for knee osteoarthritis: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

무릎 골관절염 환자 472명을 대상으로 한 3개의 연구가 포함됐다. 고강도 전침 그룹과 저강도 전침 그룹 간의 통증 강도 감소에서 유의한 차이가 있었으나, 기능적 개선을 나타내는 WOMAC 점수에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 고강도 전침은 저강도 전침에 비해 정서적 척도 점수를 유의하게 개선했다.
