뇌졸중 후 인지 장애 환자에서 침 치료의 인지 기능에 대한 효과: 체계적 검토 및 메타 분석

Effect of Acupuncture on Cognitive Function in Patients With Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

뇌졸중 후 인지 장애 환자 2,477명을 대상으로 침 치료의 효과를 평가한 메타 분석이 수행되었다. 침 치료를 받은 그룹이 약물 치료 그룹보다 Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) 및 Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) 점수가 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 향후 연구에서는 치료 기간과 대규모 고품질 무작위 대조 시험에 초점을 맞춰야 한다고 언급되었다.
