전통 약물로 인한 질산칼륨 중독에서 발생한 급성 메트헤모글로빈혈증의 메틸렌블루 치료 성공: 증례보고

Rapid-onset methemoglobinemia from traditional-medicine-induced potassium nitrate poisoning: successful treatment with methylene blue-a case report.

질산칼륨이 든 전통 약물 'kalmi shora'를 먹은 14세 파키스탄 소년이 갑작스러운 두통, 졸림, 초조, 전신 청색증으로 응급실에 왔고, 산소포화도 58%와 정상 산소분압의 불일치와 초콜릿색 혈액으로 메트헤모글로빈혈증을 진단해 메틸렌블루로 곧 회복했다.
