트라페지우스 근육의 근막 통증 증후군 치료를 위한 건식 침 치료, 전침 및 운동 점 전침 비교: 무작위 임상 시험

Dry needling, trigger point electroacupuncture and motor point electroacupuncture for the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome involving the trapezius: a randomised clinical trial.

90명의 근막 통증 증후군 환자를 대상으로 건식 침 치료, 전침 및 운동 점 전침의 효과를 비교하였다. 세 그룹 모두 통증 점수가 유의하게 개선되었으나, 운동 점 전침 그룹이 건식 침 치료 그룹보다 통증 수준이 더 낮았다. 치료 기간 종료 시 세 그룹 간 삶의 질에는 유의한 차이가 없었다.
