귀침과 카테터 풍선 확장을 병용한 뇌졸중 후 식도 괄약근 기능 장애 치료

[Auricular acupuncture of magnetic pellet combined with catheter balloon dilatation in treatment of post-stroke cricopharyngeus muscle dysfunction: a randomized controlled trial].

106명의 뇌졸중 후 식도 괄약근 기능 장애 환자를 대상으로 귀침과 카테터 풍선 확장 치료의 효과를 비교하였다. 치료 후 SSA 및 PAS 점수가 감소하고 SWAL-QOL 점수가 증가하였으며, 귀침 그룹의 효과가 더 컸다. 귀침 그룹의 메스꺼움 및 구토 발생률이 낮았다.
