위장 기능 장애가 동반된 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 급성 악화에 대한 전침 치료의 효과: 무작위 대조 시험

[Electroacupuncture for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction: a randomized controlled trial].

100명의 위장 기능 장애가 동반된 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(AECOPD) 환자를 대상으로 전침 치료와 약물 치료의 효과를 비교하였다. 전침 치료 그룹에서 위장 증상 점수와 염증 지표가 유의하게 개선되었고, 환자 만족도도 높았다. 전침 치료가 AECOPD 환자의 증상 개선에 효과적임을 확인하였다.
