The ethanolic extract of Salvia lachnostachys Benth is not maternotoxic, does not alter reproductive performance, but has teratogenic potential.

이 연구는 임신 중 Salvia lachnostachys Benth의 에탄올 추출물이 생식 성능과 태아 발달에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 결과적으로, 이 추출물은 생식 성능에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나 태아의 체중 감소와 기형 발생 빈도를 증가시켰다. 따라서 임신 중 사용은 권장되지 않는다.
