산후 우울증 치료에서 파록세틴과 전통 한약 처방의 병용: 무작위 대조군 시험에 대한 체계적 검토

Paroxetine combined with traditional chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of postpartum depression: A systematic review of randomized controlled trials.

산후 우울증 환자를 대상으로 한 연구에서 파록세틴과 전통 한약 처방의 병용이 해밀턴 우울 척도(HAMD) 및 에든버러 산후 우울 척도(EPDS) 점수를 유의하게 감소시켰다. 그러나 전통 한약 처방의 구체적인 조성과 구성에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다.
