Spinal manipulative therapy in older adults with chronic low back pain: an individual participant data meta-analysis.

만성 요통을 가진 786명의 노인을 대상으로 한 10개의 연구를 분석하였다. 척추 조작 치료가 4주 후 통증과 기능 상태에서 유사한 결과를 보였으며, 이는 권장되는 치료와 비슷한 효과를 나타냈다. 연구의 질은 중간 정도로 평가되었다.
