The efficacy of acupressure in managing opioid-induced constipation in patients with cancer: A single-blind randomized controlled trial.

140명의 암 환자를 대상으로 오피오이드 유발 변비에 대한 지압 치료의 효과를 조사하였다. 지압 그룹은 대조군에 비해 배변 일지, 통증 척도 및 변비 삶의 질 평가에서 유의미한 개선을 보였다. 연구의 한계로는 단일 맹검 설계로 인한 편향 가능성이 있다.
