[Acupoint injection combined with Vitalstim electrical stimulation for post-stroke dysphagia:a randomized controlled trial].
98명의 뇌졸중 후 연하장애 환자를 대상으로 경구점 주사와 Vitalstim 전기 자극의 효과를 비교하였다. 두 치료 모두 효과가 있었으나, 병합 치료군에서 더 큰 개선이 나타났다. 연구의 한계로는 각 그룹의 치료 효과를 비교할 때 통계적 유의성이 명확히 나타나지 않았다는 점이 있다.
