급성-아급성 비특이적 경부 통증에서의 감각운동 수행: 비무작위 전향적 임상 시험

Sensorimotor performance in acute-subacute non-specific neck pain: a non-randomized prospective clinical trial with intervention.

42명의 건강한 대조군과 38명의 급성-아급성 비특이적 경부 통증 환자를 대상으로 한 연구이다. 경부 통증 환자는 건강한 대조군에 비해 머리의 빠른 축 회전 시 운동 성능이 유의하게 저하되었고, 수동 수기 요법 후 여러 운동 변수에서 개선이 나타났다. 연구의 한계로는 포함된 환자의 수가 적고 이질성이 컸다는 점이 있다.
