Giant Idiopathic Lymphocele 18 Years After Kidney Transplantation, Treated Using Lymphatic Embolization With Lipiodol: Report of a Rare Case.
신장이식 후 18년간 합병증이 없던 34세 남성에게 장기를 압박하는 거대 림프류가 생겼고, 경피 배액 후에도 매일 많은 양이 새어 나와 결절내 림프조영술과 리피오돌 림프관 색전술을 시행했다. 색전술 50일 뒤 초음파에서 액체 저류가 없어 배액관을 제거했다.
