뇌경색 회복기 감각 장애 치료에 대한 부항과 Xingnao Kaiqiao 침법의 병합 효과: 무작위 대조 시험

[Acupotomy combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy in treatment of sensory impairment in the recovery stage of cerebral infarction: a randomized controlled trial].

뇌경색 회복기 환자 80명을 대상으로 부항과 Xingnao Kaiqiao 침법의 병합 치료 효과를 비교하였다. 병합 치료군에서 Fugl-Meyer 평가 점수가 더 크게 증가하고 통증 점수가 더 크게 감소하였으며, 총 유효율도 병합 치료군이 더 높았다. 연구의 한계로는 치료 기간이 짧고 환자 수가 적었다.
