심한 혈우병 환자의 근골격계, 기능 수준, 관절 건강 및 운동 공포에 대한 수기 치료의 효과: 무작위 파일럿 연구

The effects of manual therapy on musculoskeletal system, functional level, joint health and kinesiophobia in young adults with severe haemophilia: A randomized pilot study.

17명의 심한 혈우병 환자를 대상으로 수기 치료 그룹과 대조군으로 나누어 연구하였다. 수기 치료 그룹에서 관절 건강, 기능 수준, 통증 강도 등이 유의미하게 개선되었으나, 운동 공포와 관련된 지표는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 연구의 한계로는 소규모 샘플과 단기적인 관찰 기간이 지적되었다.
