Spinal manipulation and perineural electrical dry needling in patients with cervicogenic headache: a multicenter randomized clinical trial.

경추성 두통 환자 142명을 대상으로 척추 조작과 전기 건침의 결합 효과를 척추 동원 및 운동과 비교하였다. 척추 조작과 전기 건침을 받은 그룹은 두통 강도, 빈도 및 장애에서 유의미한 감소를 보였다. 연구의 한계로는 치료 효과의 지속성을 평가하기 위한 장기 추적이 부족하다는 점이 있다.
