31명의 자궁내막암 및 자궁경부암 생존자를 대상으로 한 연구이다. 다중 모드 골반저 물리치료 후 모든 평가 항목에서 유의한 개선이 있었고, 치료에 대한 만족도도 높았다. 연구의 한계로는 무작위 대조군이 없고 샘플 크기가 작다는 점이 있다.
