요관 내시경 쇄석술 후 카테터 관련 방광 불편감에 대한 경피적 전기 침 자극의 효과

[Effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on catheter related bladder discomfort after ureteroscopic lithotripsy].

60명의 남성 환자를 대상으로 경피적 전기 침 자극(TEAS)이 방광 불편감에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. TEAS 그룹에서 마취제 사용량이 유의하게 감소하고, 방광 자극 증상이 완화되었다. 연구의 한계로는 샘플 크기가 작고, 단일 기관에서 진행되었다는 점이 있다.
