중풍 후 상지 경직 마비에 대한 운동 침 치료와 재활 훈련의 치료 효과

[Therapeutic effect on post-stroke spastic paralysis of upper extremity treated with combination of kinematic-acupuncture therapy and rehabilitation training].

60명의 중풍 후 상지 경직 마비 환자를 대상으로 운동 침 치료와 재활 훈련의 효과를 비교하였다. 운동 침 치료를 받은 군에서 상지 기능 평가 척도가 유의미하게 개선되었으며, 대조군보다 더 큰 개선을 보였다. 연구의 한계로는 치료 기간이 짧고 환자 수가 적었다는 점이 있다.
