Treatment of Neck Pain With Myofascial Therapies: A Single Blind Randomized Controlled Trial.

본 연구는 기계적 목 통증 환자 54명을 대상으로 하였다. 근막 이완 치료 그룹과 표준 물리 치료 그룹을 비교하였다. 1개월 후 통증 및 통증 민감도가 개선되었으나 두 치료 간의 차이는 최소 감지 변화보다 작았다.
