재발성 경두개 침 자극이 뇌졸중 후 불면증 환자의 혈청 오렉신 A 농도에 미치는 영향
[Impacts of the repetitive transcranial acupuncture stimulation on the content of serum orexin A in patients with post-stroke insomnia].
90명의 뇌졸중 후 불면증 환자를 대상으로 재발성 경두개 침 자극과 서양 약물의 효과를 비교하였다. 두 치료군 모두 효과율이 높았으나, 혈청 오렉신 A 농도는 두 그룹 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 그러나 위약 그룹과 비교하여 두 치료군 모두 유의한 효과를 보였다.
