어깨 유착성 관절낭염 치료를 위한 경신경 차단 하의 변형 조작의 효과: 비무작위 임상 시험

Effectiveness of translational manipulation under interscalene block for the treatment of adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder: A nonrandomized clinical trial.

16명의 어깨 유착성 관절낭염 환자를 대상으로 변형 조작과 운동의 효과를 비교하였다. 두 그룹 모두 SPADI 점수가 개선되었으나, 변형 조작 그룹이 3주 후 더 큰 개선을 보였다. 4년 후 비교 그룹에서 활동 제한을 경험한 환자가 더 많았으나, 두 치료법 모두 합병증은 없었다.
