비위 불화형 불면증 치료에 대한 침 치료와 귀압 요법의 조합 임상 연구

[Clinical study of the combination of acupoint catgut-embedding therapy and auricular point pressure in the treatment of insomnia of spleen and stomach disharmony pattern].

180명의 비위 불화형 불면증 환자를 대상으로 침 치료와 귀압 요법의 조합군과 귀압 요법 단독군으로 무작위 배정하였다. 치료 후 조합군의 총 유효율이 단독군보다 높았고, Pittsburgh 수면 질 지수(PSQI) 점수도 더 유의미하게 감소하였다. 연구의 한계로는 치료 후 추적 관찰 기간이 짧아 장기적인 효과를 평가하지 못했다는 점이 있다.
