근막 이완과 전자파 열치료를 병행한 침 치료가 긴장형 두통 환자에 미치는 효과: 실용적인 무작위 대조 시험

The effect of myofascial release and microwave diathermy combined with acupuncture versus acupuncture therapy in tension-type headache patients: A pragmatic randomized controlled trial.

44명의 긴장형 두통 환자를 대상으로 침 치료와 근막 이완 및 전자파 열치료의 효과를 비교하였다. 두 그룹 모두 통증 역치에서 개선이 있었으나, 치료 10회 후 실험군이 대조군에 비해 더 큰 개선을 보였다. 추가된 물리치료 기법이 통증 완화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
