[한방 전침과 천화등 뜸 병행 치료가 냉습 정체형 퇴행성 무릎 골관절염에 미치는 임상 연구]
[Clinical study of the electroacupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis with cold-damp stagnation].
80명의 냉습 정체형 퇴행성 무릎 골관절염 환자를 대상으로 한 연구에서, 전침과 천화등 뜸 병행 치료가 단순 전침 치료보다 유의미하게 높은 치료 효과를 보였다. 병행 치료 그룹의 총 유효율은 95%로, 전침 그룹의 82.5%보다 높았다. 연구의 한계는 치료 후 6개월 추적 관찰에서 재발률이 높았다는 점이다.
