경구피임약과 관련된 담관암에 대한 국소 리피오돌 화학요법
Regional lipiodolized chemotherapy for cholangiocarcinoma associated with oral contraceptives.
경구피임약을 복용한 뒤 담즙정체성 황달로 발견된 젊은 여성의 담관암에 진단적 개복술 후 동맥 내 리피오돌 화학요법과 2년간의 정맥 미톡산트론 치료를 시행했다. 진단 27개월 뒤 증상이 없고 CT에서 종양 반응이 확인되었다.
