특발성 급성 감각신경성 난청에서 은행나무 추출물 EGb761의 효능과 안전성: 무작위 위약 대조 임상 시험

The efficacy and safety of systemic injection of Ginkgo biloba extract, EGb761, in idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss: a randomized placebo-controlled clinical trial.

특발성 급성 감각신경성 난청 환자 56명을 대상으로 한 연구에서, 스테로이드와 함께 EGb761을 투여한 그룹과 위약 그룹의 치료 효과를 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 두 그룹 간의 청력 손실에는 차이가 없었으나, EGb761 그룹에서 언어 이해도가 유의미하게 개선되었다. 그러나 스테로이드 단독 치료와 비교했을 때, EGb761의 추가 효과는 명확하지 않았다.
