Inclusion of trigger point dry needling in a multimodal physical therapy program for postoperative shoulder pain: a randomized clinical trial.
수술 후 어깨 통증 환자 20명을 대상으로 한 연구에서, 트리거 포인트 건식 침 치료를 포함한 물리치료 그룹이 단독 물리치료 그룹보다 통증 및 기능에서 유의미한 개선을 보였다. 두 그룹 모두 통증과 운동 범위에서 유사한 개선을 경험하였다. 연구의 한계로는 샘플 크기가 작아 일반화에 제한이 있다는 점이 있다.
