무릎 관절 골관절염 치료를 위한 Celecoxib와 GCSB-5의 안전성과 유효성에 대한 전향적, 무작위, 이중 맹검, 다기관 비교 연구

A prospective, randomized, double-blind, multicenter comparative study on the safety and efficacy of Celecoxib and GCSB-5, dried extracts of six herbs, for the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.

198명의 무릎 관절 골관절염 환자를 대상으로 Celecoxib 그룹과 GCSB-5 그룹의 유효성과 안전성을 비교한 연구이다. WOMAC 점수는 두 그룹 모두에서 개선되었으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. GCSB-5는 Celecoxib와 비교할 때 유효성과 안전성 면에서 동등한 것으로 나타났다.
