화학요법 관련 급성 및 지연성 구역질 조절을 위한 지압의 효과: 무작위 대조 시험

The effectiveness of acupressure for the control and management of chemotherapy-related acute and delayed nausea: a randomized controlled trial.

화학요법을 받는 암 환자 500명을 대상으로 지압과 위약 지압의 효과를 비교하였다. 구역질의 주요 결과에서 세 그룹 간 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 지압 그룹에서 구역질 경험이 다소 개선된 경향이 있었다. 연구의 한계로는 구역질 완화에 대한 명확한 결론을 내리기 어려운 결과가 나타났다는 점이다.
