간세포암 경동맥화학색전술 후 발생한 폐 리피오돌 색전증: 증례보고 및 문헌고찰
Pulmonary lipiodol embolism after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for hepatocellular carcinoma: a case report and literature review.
큰 간세포암으로 첫 경동맥화학색전술을 받은 63세 여성이 리피오돌 주입 직후 산소포화도가 떨어져 CT에서 양측 하엽 폐 리피오돌 색전증이 확인되었고, 7일 안에 저절로 회복되었으며 발열은 16일간 이어졌다.
