손 관절염 치료에 대한 Sphaeralcea angustifolia의 국소 치료 효과 및 내약성 평가 임상 시험

Clinical trial for evaluating the effectiveness and tolerability of topical Sphaeralcea angustifolia treatment in hand osteoarthritis.

본 연구는 손 관절염 환자 130명을 대상으로 Sphaeralcea angustifolia 추출물이 포함된 젤의 국소 투여 효과를 평가하였다. 두 그룹 모두에서 증상 개선이 있었으며, 치료 효과는 각각 89%와 91.3%로 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 두 치료 모두 부작용이 없었다.
