Effectiveness of conservative treatments for the lumbosacral radicular syndrome: a systematic review.
요추천골 신경근 증후군 환자들을 대상으로 한 30편의 무작위 임상 시험을 검토했다. 보존적 치료의 효과에 대한 논란이 있으며, 코르티코스테로이드 주사와 견인 치료는 효과가 없다고 보고되었다. 물리치료, 침 치료 등 다른 치료법의 우열은 결론을 내릴 수 없었다.
